Gleeworld Pharmacy is a medication management and telepharmacy startup that offers low-mid income consumers hassle-free access to their repeat medications. Gleeworld aims to solve the problem of medication non-adherence which costs Africa’s pharmaceutical industry about half of its revenue due to missed doses, tracking multiple medications and stress of waiting in-line at pharmacies. Our approach is simple – Artificial Intelligence AI technology augmented by the expertise of pharmacists. We are a new kind of pharmacy. All we’re simply doing is automating the old pharmacy experience through AI, in addition to integrating primary care into pharmacy care. This is Bimpe, she’s our Chief Pharmacist. Call her Pharm B. Her years of experience working in traditional pharmacies (HealthPlus) have made her all too familiar with the frustrations of patients.
She and her team are so excited to show you just how a new approach to pharmacy can make things easier.

OUR STORY
When we founded Gleeworld in 2019, our ambition was clear; which is to expand rapidly to major cities in Nigeria, Africa and other parts of the world.
We started with one store in Lekki phase 1, a high brow area of Lagos. And it doubles as our business office and inventory location. Although, customers can pick-up prescriptions or attend retail clinic there, it wasn’t really designed for people to walk into in the long run.
Our CEO has had bad experience with the existing pharmacy model in 2017 while our chief pharmacist based on her years of experience working with the traditional brick-n mortal pharmacy were inspired to start Gleeworld.
